Job Title – System Analyst 3
On- Site / Remote – Hybrid 2 days a week flexible – Tuesday and Wednesday in office

Job Summary:
The State of Michigan is seeking a talented and motivated UX Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences across our digital products and services. As a UX Writer, you will collaborate closely with UX experts, development teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content. In addition, you will contribute to documenting the State of Michigan’s design system and establish best practices for content creation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of the State of Michigan and make a meaningful impact on the lives of millions of residents.

Top 3 Skills & Years of Experience
1 – Proven experience in UX writing, content strategy, or related roles, preferably in a digital product development environment. 3-5 years
2 – Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to apply them to content creation. 3-5 years
3 – Familiarity with design systems, style guides, and content management systems. Knowledge of UX design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices. 3-5 years
4 – Please add a portfolio or case study for the manager to review – This is REQUIRED

Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.
