Job Description

**The candidate will need to come onsite the first day to collect equipment. Afterwards the candidate can work remotely for the duration of the engagement. **

NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking an Expert Level Technical Specialist/Agile product owner who leads Business owners in the translation of customer requests into technical request and user stories, coordinates software, release schedules with the Business and Technical Team, develops business requirements, helps facilitate change management documentation, and provides testing and training support. This position understands and coordinates product backlog items (PBO) for DMV applications – and their dependencies on each other. This position is knowledgeable in all aspects of business.

Responsibilities and required skills

ASP.NET(C#), .NET 4.6, .NET CORE (7 years)
Web API 2, WCF, MVC, WebForms (7 years)
MS SQL Server, including database design, T-SQL, and stored procedure (7 years)
Building/Implementing Web API (RESTful) (7 years)
Proficiency using DevOps and GIT (7 years)
Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Windows Server/IIS platform (7 years)
Advanced experience and knowledge in information system architecture, system design patterns, and integration (7 years)
Self-motivated and self-driven is a must, ability to work on a team with limited supervision (7 years)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; Experience working directly with clients is a plus (7 years)
