Job Description

o Must have Experience working with Windows servers 2016, 2019, and currently rolling out 2022 servers.
o Must be able to use SCCM and other patching tools for those servers and doing day to day maintenance and troubleshooting as well as handling escalated tickets.
o Have experience doing server builds and changing IP addresses.
o Have experience with Azure doing configurations and setting up components within Azure and the hybrid environment.
o Must have done all the prep work for O365 to convert it to the hybrid environment. Must be able to do day to day support and administration within Azure.
o Must have experience creating active directory accounts, managing OUs, troubleshooting connectivity, creating and supporting security policies, and troubleshooting connectivity.
o Must also has experience with O365 configuring OneDrive, SharePoint, and managing account licenses for the environment.
o Must have experience managing storage within VMware and doing roll outs, creating, moving, and monitoring logs of virtual machines.
o Must have experience using Proofpoint for email spam, monitoring alerts, and resolving those issues.
