Your role in our mission:

  • Identifies risks/issues and provide input into mitigation plans
  • Help coordinate a business analyst team’s duties and activities on IT projects and nurture newer team members by providing guidance and support
  • Be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impact
  • Work with the client to develop business specs at the start of a technical project
  • Analyze, plan, design, document or make recommendations to improve business processes to support client’s technology goals
  • Help verify that all requirements have been met by approving and validating test results
  • Opportunity to demonstrate documentation skills
  • Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define technical content strategy and plan including interaction with customers to analyze, define, test and implement technical solutions. Utilizes onsite customer support teams for problem root cause and resolution
  • Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information, hard copy, web – (e.g., user/configuration/troubleshooting guides), and online information (interactive demos, help systems: integrated into product, for a variety of audiences (end user, system administrators, internal support engineers, product developers, training developers).
Responsibilities and required skills

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience required within a team structure. Healthcare experience required.
  • Integration Experience with Member, Provider, Web Services, and Web Portal
  • Basic analytical or relational database software — such as Excel or SQL — to quantify the anticipated impact of work
  • Ability to logically analyze complex processes and programs, troubleshooting and follow escalation procedures to resolution
  • Ability to understand business processes quickly and be customer focused. Multitask oriented with ability to balance multiple concurrent assignments with minimal direct supervision
