This position will work with the DAFS Enterprise Warehouse and Analytics
team.
Work will be completed using development tools such as SQL Developer, Oracle APEX,
putty, Visual Basic, WinSCP, JIRA, Confluence, and Subversion. Skills
should include application development using PL/SQL or SQL in addition to
Oracle APEX and experience working in an Oracle Database environment.

This position includes troubleshooting and testing existing software, in
addition to new development. Customer service skills will be utilized to
support all customers of the multiple applications supported by the DAFS
EWA team.
Knowledge of structured programming principles and development
techniques are required for individual development tasks, as well as group
development and review. Participating in and leading programming review
sessions is required. Sessions will also include business process reviews
with stakeholders and application testers.
Knowledge of application testing and debugging techniques is required for
this position. Documentation skills are also required for the various
documents created or edited by the team.
Development work is completed as part of a project team to meet
scheduled goals. Individuals are encouraged to contribute to discussions
regarding the work everyone is assigned. Work is completed with specific
guidelines and time expectations.
