Skill 1: IFS Assyst
Skill 2: REST API
Skill 3: Azure Activde Directory (AD) Graph API
Strong experience in REST API design and development using industry
standards
• Experience in using Azure Active Directory (AD) Graph API
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities include being hands-on with the product and tailoring the
application to business requirements. Job requirements and duties are as
follows:
• Strong experience with preferably, IFS Assyst ITSM tool, or another ITSM
tool
• Design, develop, and configure IFS Assyst requirements
• Manage user permission and roles in IFS Assyst
• Assist with data gathering/loading, knowledge transfer and ongoing best
practice guidance
• Knowledge of business processes, process improvements and system
development
• Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting, technical problem
resolution and risk management
• Responsible for defining and maintaining processes, ensuring that they
can be effectively executed; this includes identifying the workflow,
monitoring progress, performing audits and improving overall efficiency of
IFS Assyst implementation at the client
• Create customer process and system documentation, provide technician
training
• Support the State in testing of the system and adjusting the system based
on the test results
• Strong experience in REST API design and development using industry
standards
• Experience in using Azure Active Directory (AD) Graph API
• General understanding of underlying infrastructure/platform services
requirements like Azure
