Job Description

eeking a remote Jr. Java Developer to join a long term effort that supports the development of web-based software systems for a commercial customer. The developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying interfaces and applications, from layout to function in accordance to the customer’s requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Adhere and support AGILE process based development
  • Consult with users to define their business requirements or problem areas and use technical expertise to provide solutions
  • Support requirement analysis, software development, and software integration efforts
  • Participate in knowledge sharing activities
  • Provide programming support in Java
  • Provide front-end programming support in React.JS and Angular.JS

Qualifications:

  • Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have 2 years of experience with object oriented programming: Java
  • Experience with: JavaScript (Angular and React)
  • Experience with SOAP and Restful services
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Spring Boot, Restful Services, Hibernate
