Candidates MUST have either a bachelor’s degree or higher specific to IT or a Cyber Security certification. You must attach a copy of the candidate’s official transcripts or the Cyber Security certificate. This is required.

The State of Michigan is looking for an IT Security Analyst 2
Max Bill Rate: $67.59/hr

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
– 1 to 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
– Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field (NIST, SSP, GRC, etc.)
– Experience with Keylight is a plus
– Strong communication and customer service skills

Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.

– Will close submissions on: 8/11 at 10am EST
– Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. It is possible that 2nd round interviews may be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
– Duration: 1 year with possible extension
– Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days.
– Local candidates ONLY. Candidate must be located within 100 miles of Lansing, MI at time of submission.
