Requirements
Education
• Some college
Required Skills
• 1+ years of testing applications for digital accessibility
• 1 year working with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
• Advanced knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA
• Advanced skills using assistive technologies like JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack
Preferred Skills
• 3+ years of testing applications for digital accessibility
• Certification related to WCAG
• Previous government experience

-Interview Process: In-person interview process. Candidates MUST be able to interview in person, no exceptions. Likely to be a 1 round panel interview with hiring manager plus 2 other team members, but there could potentially be a second round interview if the manager feels like it is needed
-Assignment duration: Assignment expected to be a 2+ year engagement, however, it will ultimately depend on business need
-Hybrid work Schedule (non-negotiable): This position will require in-office work on Tuesday and Wednesday each week, with the ability to work remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
