Max Bill Rate: $109.65

Required Skills:

-5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
-Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
-Hands-on experience using Agile lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

-Experience as a project manager
-CSM certificate
-Experience with Medical or Financial Systems

-Vendor Submissions will close on 8/3 at 10 AM ET. Late submissions will not be accepted.
-Interview Process: Virtual, 1-2 rounds. 4-5 people on the interviews, could potentially include hiring manager, PMO Superviosr, Agency Services Manager, Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, or other Managers from the team. Interviews will consist of mix of competency/scrum master knowledge questions and basic project manager questions.
-Assignment duration: 1 year+, should be a long term contract that continues to extend dependent on business need.
-Hybrid Work Schedule: On-site wednesdays and thursdays (non-negotiable). In office days are mandatory and cannot be altered.
-Candidates MUST be local to Lansing, Michigan area (within 100 miles) at the time of submission (non-negotiable)

Top Skills & Years of Experience:
– 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in public health or healthcare IT
– PMP certification required
– Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
– Bachelor’s degree in public health, Health Informatics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
– Experience with public health programs, clinical systems, or IT infrastructure is highly valuable.

Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role.

– Will close submissions on: 8/6/26 at 10am EST
– Interview Process: Virtual Interview via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. Interviews will likely be held the week of 8/17.
– Duration: 1 year with possible extension
– Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. (Wednesdays and Thursdays are required onsite days.)
