Max Bill Rate: $109.65/hr

• Will close submissions on: 10/16/26 at 10am EST
• Interview Process: 1st round interviews will be virtual, but 2nd round interviews may take place in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.
• Duration: 1 year with possible extension
• Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week.

Job Description

This position provides oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for large strategic and complex projects supporting Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) and Department of Information, Technology, and Budget (DTMB) with high visibility at the Agency Executive level. These projects typically have a large diverse set of stakeholders, utilize vendor participation, require coordination of multiple stakeholders, complex schedules, and significant integration with other systems.

Advanced experience managing complex projects, a significant degree of creativity and latitude is required. Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
