Bill Rate: $77.69/HR
Close to Submissions on: 6/6 at 10am EST.
Interviews: Interviews will be held in-person. Candidates MUST be available for an onsite interview with no exceptions.
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Position location: Lansing, MI. Hybrid Role with 2 days onsite from day 1 – Flexible days on site. No remote only option.
~Local candidates ONLY – Candidates MUST be currently located within a 60-minute commute of Lansing, MI. Candidates MUST be Lansing/Jackson based. Grand Rapids and Detroit candidates are NOT eligible. Candidates that need to relocate are NOT eligible. This is non-negotiable – no exceptions. Please ensure you are validating your candidate’s location prior to submitting and ensure they adhere to these requirements.~

Top Skills & Years of Experience Required:
• Experience working with multiple agencies and/or vendors and/or departments in an enterprise environment
• Business Understanding
• Identifies systemic gaps and possible solutions for continuous improvements and modernization.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps, VISIO, MS office products
• Candidates should have a minimum of 6-8 years general BA experience and a minimum of 6-7 years conducting business process review and requirements elicitation and documentation

Clear and concise communication skills required.
