Job Description

DIT need this position that provides desktop support to the 14 agencies that utilize their service. This position will perform PC replacements, remote support activities, such as troubleshooting, software installs, process improvement activities, and asset record analysis. This position will work on site to perform hands-on duties such as imaging, PC hookups, and asset inventories.

Responsibilities and required skills

Must possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical customers (3 years)
• Must possess moderate knowledge and demonstratable skills with Intel computing equipment (3 years)
• Needs moderate knowledge of Windows OS and M365 (3 years)
• Basic knowledge of MECM (SCCM) & AD (3 years)
• Nice to have – knowledge of Tanium, Bomgar, ServiceNow, Intune (3 years)
• Require experience in PC replacements, including imaging (3 years)
• Strong organization skills (0 years)
• Able to work assignments with minimal supervision (0 years)
• Requires the ability to lift boxes that weight 25 pounds (0 years)
