Job Description

***The max rate for this position is $85/hour.
***Remote mostly; onsite would be requested in advance and the candidate would be expected to be onsite. So not a true hybrid where it is on a regular basis
***The candidate can use their own equipment, or they will be required to travel to NC to pick up the equipment at their expense.

The EBS Test Lead will be responsible for working closely with the SAP and EBS Project Managers to ensure that EBS resources, other resources, audited processes, testing and training requirements, reporting, etc. are available and utilized efficiently for the SAP led EAM project. They will participate in building in the internal tasks into the overall SAP testing plan, coordinate and facilitate SIT and UAT meetings, and escalate as needed are some of their primary tasks. This role being staffed on our team is integral to the success of the Enterprise Asset Management pilot initiative. An SAP background is recommended to be as efficient in this role as possible. This role is planned as a direct report to the EBS manager. manager.

Integrated Project Management Delivery

Accountable for driving execution and delivery of SAP led EAM project.

Demonstrates clear understanding of the SAP plan, EBS capabilities and requirements.

Ability to drive automated testing where possible and manage the script to results testing lifecycle.

Establishes strong partnerships and engagement with stakeholders during unit, user acceptance, regression, and overall testing process.

Follows governance practices and protocols to control and monitor testing.

Provides oversight, aligns, and lead cross functional teams to ensure testing strategies, plans and processes are delivered to specified requirements, objectives, and values.

Identifies gaps in the team’s accountability and ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities and required skills

Demonstrated SAP SIT and UAT testing experience. (4 years)
Demonstrated experience in testing information systems (5 years)
Test management experience (5 years)
SAP experience in a wide variety of areas (3 years)
Experience with Financial applications (3 years)
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form (5 years)
